The Grace was gracefully executed!! Even more how Darrius GRACEFULLY welcomed my husband and I as newbies to the South and new home Atlanta! Well done! Thank you so much for providing a detailed walk-thru and excellent recommendations for food and nightlife! I wholeheartedly believe The Grace should be considered a home but an experience! LOVE IT!
PS. The on-site dog bath was a hit sooooo cutie and convenient

Came in to tour the property and had the pleasure of working with a gentleman by the name of Darius. He was very polite and courteous. Was very well knowledgeable on what was located in the area. I toured several different floor plans with Darrius. He was amazing! He took his time and was patient with me. I was so indecisive because they have so many options to choose from. He knew the property so well and gave me all of the necessary info.

This property is an amazing! It looks just like the pictures online. I feel safe & secure living here. My apartment is spacious and well designed. The various amenities are fantastic, clean and easily accessible! I've been working with Taylor and she's been amazing/always willing to assist in any way possible. She really makes it feel at home here. So excited to call this my new home.

I am moving to Atlanta and recently toured The Grace Residences. The apartments are beyond beautiful, amazing views of the city, the pool area is everything I could want and the top floor amenity options are endless. The art throughout the shared community spaces is also so beautiful! I can't wait to move in!
