The leading staff is wonderful and made moving into my apartment a breeze. I am so appreciative of the individual effort they gave me to make sure I was comfortable and at ease during the process. And the apartment is beautiful.

Rent Deposit

I lived at this property for nearly five years when it started as Broadstone Ridge. It was a nice community and I am an extremely well qualified renter. I have always paid on time. Unfortunately towards the end of my term my air conditioner went out and the property never made a good effort to fix it and ran my energy bill up to three times the normal amount. They also never returned my rent deposit despite several calls and emails.

I have spoken to a few past residents regarding this issue and come to find out a lot of past residents, per their lease in fact did not pay a... deposit but paid a Sure Bond which is non-refundable. I moved into the Annett community 9 months ago and so far it has been amazing. The management are accommodating and understanding. The location is great. I really like my apartment. It’s nice and modern with so much storage space. I really like it here

Annette is an amazing place to live!!! I feel safe & secure living here. My apartment is spacious and well designed. The varied amenities are fantastic, clean and easily accessible! The staff is always willing to assist in any way needed.
