The staff is friendly professional and responsive. Both office and maintenance staff.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. As well as the pool and fitness and office area.
Lots of community activities and other amenities provided.
Very peaceful - feel safe and comfortable.
Feels like a nice neighborhood vs an apartment complex

I found Cortland through a prayer, and it has truly lived up to my hopes. I love everything about it—from the amazing team to the amenities and apartment features.
