I’ve been living here for nearly 6 months and it has been a 5 star experience. Phenomenal management team, amenities and resident activities. Maintenance is quick and professional. I feel safe, great location I can walk to multiple places. No complaints highly recommend

Courtland East is convienent for the MARTA traveler and the curious foodie. The living space is clean and the crew are friendly. The amenities are spot on for the person who wants to workout, study or relax.
The friendly front desk staff and the coffee machine will brighten your day. Cone and see!

My experience at Cortland Decatur East has been wonderful. The apartment building is clean and well-maintained. The management team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and the maintenance staff are prompt and professional. The apartment complex has wonderful amenities and is quiet.
