The customer service was really good by the students working up front. They seemed like they actually cared about the questions my husband and I asked, which was nice. They are at the top of my list right now.

I’ve been at The Blake for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are spacious, modern, and the furniture is high quality. I love the convenience of having all utilities included—it takes a lot of stress out of managing bills. The pool and fitness center are great, and I’ve been using them frequently. The location is perfect, just minutes from Kennesaw State University, which makes getting to class so easy. The staff is friendly, and maintenance has been top-notch whenever... I’ve needed them. I have already renewed for the next fall semster

I’ve been here for almost two years now, and while it’s not perfect, it’s been a pretty solid place to live. The apartment itself is spacious and the furnishings are nice. I love having access to the pool and the gym, and the convenience of being close to campus is a big plus. I’ve never had any issues with maintenance, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. It’s also nice to have all utilities included, so there’s no hassle with bills. Highly recommend for students looking for a... comfortable and well-maintained place to live!

Living at The Blake has been a dream. The level of customer service here is unbeatable. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to lend a helping hand. They take time to get to know the residents, and it truly feels like a community. From assisting with packages to organizing resident events, they make sure everything runs smoothly. Whenever I have guests over, they always comment on how polite and welcoming the staff is—such a vibe.
