The Blake
The Unit comes Includes a bedroom & bathroom. It comes fully furnished. The bed frame, mattress, a table & chair, & two small dressers are included per room along with a closet. It has a washer & dryer per unit. My room is the largest... in the unit. The Blake is located right across from the Kennesaw campus of KSU. It is roughly a 5 minute walk to campus. However the kennesaw Owl bus is also there as an option if you prefer to ride. The parking is not assigned so you can park wherever. The apartment comes with a pool, hot tub, a game room that has a pool table & a study area, a fitness area as well that’s open 24/7. I’m looking to sublease right now so it’s perfect if you wanna try the unit/apartment out without having the pressure to uphold your lease if you end up not wanting to stay here since my lease will be over in July. However if you do like it you can continue on the lease yourself as well. It’s a all girls unit. Pets are allowed. There are also pet parks here so it’s very pet friendly.
