SOVA, Marietta’s Finest Apartments - Luxury Living Near KSU

We are looking for someone to take over my lease from August 2025 to July 2026. My lease is for a 1 bedroom en-suite bathroom, the D3 floor plan, at SOVA, just minutes away from KSU and on the B.O.B route which allows a quick commute to campus or a... short walk.

My lease term is August 2025 thru July 2026, but I would be open to an earlier move out date if you would like to move in for the summer.

Rent is currently $990 till July 2025 and then goes up to $1015 per month. This includes 1 unreserved parking spot. It is a fully furnished, modern 4 bed/4 bath apartment which combines luxury and convenience and comes complete with a Nest® thermostat, 55 inch smart TV, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, dishwasher, loads of cupboards and storage and an in-unit washer and dryer.
