$750 Large furnished room, utilities included close to KSU Located ten minutes from KSU. Close to I-75/Hwy 92/Hickory Grove Rd. This room is a furnished private space in my home with a bathroom shared. All utilities are paid including gas,... electricity, and high speed internet. The kitchen is shared as is the washer and dryer, with driveway parking. The neighborhood has two salt water pools, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. I have an infrared sauna you can use. The people in this house are professionals and work from home so this is not a party house. It is ideal for a quiet student. I prefer a nonsmoker, no drama or drugs. The room is priced for individual rental only and I have a small dog. A deposit of $500 will hold the room until move in. The first month’s rent of $750 is due on move-in.
