I strongly advise against living at Campus Crossing Briarcliff. My experience was poor: dirty apartment on move-in, terrible management, unaddressed issues, and false damage claims. Pros: good location and campus shuttle. Cons: unclean unit, ignored concerns, fabricated damage, poor communication, frequent management changes, overpriced, and poor facilities. Avoid if you value quality and professionalism.

Anyone thinking about renting apartment from Campus Crossings Briarcliff should reconsider and go find apartment somewhere else, and with people with better reputation. They don’t even deserve a 1 on their review but there was no option for a 0. My daughter had to deal with the managers of Campus Crossings and it was the worst mistake and experience ever.
She was originally going for a fellowship at CDC Atlanta but the fellowship was cancelled due to no fault of hers. This was three weeks... before she was to move to Atlanta. She wrote Campus Crossings right away to let them know because of the apartment lease she took over from someone else. What happened thereafter was a nightmare. They took her to collections for rents on apartment she never collected the key or moved in. She came close to reletting to someone else who wanted to take over from October 2020, therefore my daughter borrowed money and paid for September 2021. But the person backed out because Campus Crossings was offering free rent for their other apartments but not the relet one. There’s not enough space on this review box to describe all their atrocities, but we have retained a lawyer and plan on them. Just consider this a fair warning if you’re thinking about having any dealings with Campus Crossings. They are evil!

I enjoyed living at Campus Crossings. The location is very convenient to Emory and CDC, as well as the grocery store and post office. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is very responsive and thorough (especially G, he is great!!). I believe that the office is very clear regarding tenant expectations, policies, and procedures. For tenants who do not read emails or pay attention to detail, they may find this more difficult. However, I think the staff treats tenants like... adults, and if you are on top of it, you will have no problems living at CC.
While the furnished apartments is convienent, I would say that the bed, couch, and chairs could definitely be more comfortable. I believe better furniture is needed, given the cost of rent. Also, the no-pets policy is a drawback, and some amenities such as valet trash (for example) could be added. Also, I would highly suggest living on the top floor if you like alot of quiet.
Overall, Campus Crossings Briarcliff is responsive to tenant suggestions (such as adding an Amazon package hub and complex WiFi during my stay), and I enjoyed living there. Thanks! :)

Campus Crossing Briarcliff lied to get law students to sign lease. Law school classes start earlier than all other classes at Emory, but staff at Campus Crossing Briarcliff promised that they always let law students move in early because of the law school schedule. Now, Campus Crossing Briarcliff is saying that they won't let anyone move in until Monday, August 15, 2016, and that's the first day of classes for Emory Law! Orientation for new law school students starts on August 9th. Campus... Crossing Briarcliff made an intentional, material misrepresentation to improperly induce law schools students to sign the lease. Classic case of bait and switch. You should steer clear of Campus Crossing Briarcliff.

The security in the apartment could be better. The neighbors can be nosy. Nice pool though :-)
