While many student accommodations at KSU host over 600 residents—often ranging from 800 to 900—14 SixtyFive will welcome just 241 residents in total. This means a far more personalized and intimate experience for everyone. We value your input: if you have ideas for resident events or giveaways, we'd love to hear them! Expect regular resident events that foster connections and cultivate a vibrant community. Boutique-style living also ensures premium quality, featuring 65" smart TVs in every unit and luxurious garden soaker tubs in each bathroom.

Considering the location, amenities, and quality of the apartments, I truly believe this place offers great value for the price. I’ve looked at several places in the area, and nothing compares to the experience I’ve had here.
In conclusion, I highly recommend 14 sixty five to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient place to live. It’s been an overall wonderful experience, and I look forward to calling this place home.

I love it! I have no complaints and really like the pool. I also enjoy the 24 hour gym since I have a weird work schedule. I love my roommates so far as well

Fix parking. get people stuff out of the parking lot. No reason for trash bags full of peoples belongings to be sitting out there like that.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The management is super responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. The apartment itself feels much more like a home compared to typical student housing—it’s smaller, quieter, and more comfortable. It’s been a great place to live!
