What does boutique-style mean? We're glad you asked! We are a boutique-style community because of our size. Most other student communities at KSU have over 600 residents (most have 800-900) and we will only have 241 residents in TOTAL! This means a much more personalized experience for all of our residents here at 14 SixtyFive. Interested in us hosting a certain type of resident event or doing a certain giveaway? We'll be able to take your suggestions into much more consideration! We plan to have frequent resident events to help everyone meet each other and foster a great sense of community. Boutique-style also means higher quality living like having things such as 65" smart TVs in every single unit and garden soaker tubs in each bathroom.

Never had any issues. The gym here is really awesome to go and get a quick workout before class. Everyone working here is super nice and friendly and overall this is a great place to live.

It’s nice living here. Great start for independence. Been living the amenities and everything. One thing I’d home is for roommates to be more open so everyone could feel comfortable and friendly. Also the BOB doesn’t come here so if you don’t have a car, prepare to either walk or ride a bike but other than that, we’re good.

I like the atmosphere of the apartment, however i will say i feel like management could be a lot better. I will say my favorite amenity is the study rooms.

Usually I get quick responses when I email management, and they’re good about sticking to rules and policies. In addition, the management is extremely nice and easy to get along with majority of the time.
