My husband and I are downsizing from our four bedroom home and we have been on the prowl for months searching for the perfect home! The decision hasn’t been easy especially now that we have a one year old. There were a ton of factors we needed to consider! Jordan has been absolutely amazing through the entire process! She has been so seamless to work with and has really listened to all of our concerns and has truly kept in touch since the summer until now. We have been to the property several... times searching for the right unit, and every time Jordan helped us and made us feel welcomed to have returned! We are finally about to apply and I honestly cannot wait to make this our new home! The location is perfect, the property is beautiful, and most importantly, I believe in working with a great staff because it makes your stay so much easier. When you have a good agent who can listen to your concerns and try their best to make it all work out for you it means a lot! Recently moved to Georgia and I found this apartment while it was still in construction. So being one of the first residents to move in was so rewarding as an introvert and the space is great for me and my husband . Even with being close to a train track, I barely hear it. The team really goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are okay. Jordan is the best property manager I’ve ever encountered. I did my whole process virtually and the level of professionalism I received was incredible.... I had sooo many questions and concerns and she literally walked with me every step of the way and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The property looks to offer all the modern amenities once it fully opens. I had considerations regarding the price to space ratio. Also, I questioned the security of the units in terms of construction. The train tracks running nearly right up against the property was another factor for me. However, there is a GREAT leasing agent on site there. Jordan was VERY attentive to my questions and correspondence throughout my focus there. She was discreet, professional and really went to bat for me... when I declined their application acceptance. The apt. complex I decided to move into didn't seem to approach her level.

Springside Apartments exceeds expectations with its top-notch amenities, impeccable cleanliness, and attentive staff. The spacious, well-designed units showcase modern decor and offer a serene living environment. At Springside, you’re in the heart of downtown Powder Springs without all of the craziness of a downtown. Jordan has been incredible in helping me find the perfect floor plan for me to meet all of my needs. These apartments won’t last long! Luxury living for a steal of a deal!
