I am looking for somebody to use one bedroom of our two-bedroom house during the summer semester. I will leave America for three months and return in the fall semester, but my roommate will stay at the house. You can tour our house before moving in.... You will pay 30% of the monthly rent(1882) while using one bedroom. I will be out of the country, but I will still pay 20% of the monthly rent. The house is furnished. To live in this house, you should be added to our lease, and you will be signing a roommate agreement. The roommate agreement will be about living in the house for three months, leaving when the fall semester starts, and paying the rent you need to pay. You will need a guarantor to join the lease.
