This room is a furnished private space with a shared bathroom. All utilities are paid including gas, electricity, and... internet. The kitchen is shared as is the washer and dryer. Driveway parking. The neighborhood has a pool, and a tennis court.
Roommates One woman is a Travel Nurse, and the other person is an accountant. As a roommate, I would expect you to help keeping the common areas clean, to pay your rent on time and we are looking for someone quiet and respectful who will clean up after themselves.
We prefer a nonsmoker, no drama or drugs. The room is priced for individual rental only. No pets.
A deposit of $500 and the first month’s rent of $880 is due on move-in. Proof of income and three references. If you don’t move in on the first of the month, rent will be pro-rated.
